1. Download the models and textures here: http://www.gamefront.com/files/21468589
2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file into a folder named "CSS Content" place that into your GMod Addons folder. (Ex. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\YOUR STEAM USERNAME\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons)
* If you don't have a folder with your username, use the "common" one.
3. Inside CSS content addon folder, make sure you have a blank addon.txt file. If not, create one.
4. Restart Garry's Mod.
Example of what your folder structure should look like:
garrysmod\addons\CSS Content\materials\
garrysmod\addons\CSS Content\models\
garrysmod\addons\CSS Content\addon.txt
